1- Administrative development department :
Functions :
Organize the installment sale session at the clients ,companies and finance installment  entities administratively and financially.
Prepare samples of the documents needed for finance operation in pursuance with the legal and administrative requirement.
Train and qualify the employees in the finance installment  entities of the methods of awarding finance and determined documentary and legal procedures.
Invest the permanent time and effort to adopt and develop the collection policies and business and international  economic and financial plans.
Evaluate the function and performance of employees concerned of the installment sale operation at the client’s office and issue the proper recommendations.

2- Pre-credit studies department :
In this department files of the finance requestors are being verified according the following procedures:
Ensure the veracity of all documents presented by the clients from its real sources in the real estate record, commercial registry /industrial and chamber of commerce/,civil status sections, judiciary records, department of immigration and ministry of labor, public and private employment bodies and the taxation authorities….etc.
Authentication of the information presented by the client based on the field investigation process, questionnaires and research.
Client’s solvency inquiries observing the effective legal regulation.
